Boards of Bloom is part of the The Crested Giftware Company. We have printed the following Terms and Conditions for your information. The Terms and Conditions given below govern the use of our website by everyone visiting it. By using this website you accept these terms and conditions in full. If for some reason you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions then please do not use the website. The Crested Giftware Company, including Boards of Bloom reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is the customer’s responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions section regularly to be aware of any changes.

Order Process

All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. Once an order has been confirmed, an acknowledgement will be sent to the customer acknowledging the order and product details. Please note that this is not a confirmation of stock availability. Submitting an order confirms your agreement to pay for all goods in full. Exceptions to this will be if you contact Boards of Bloom and are permitted to cancel all or part of the order (see shipping and returns section) OR item(s) are out of stock and you choose to cancel that item. Items made to customers' own specifications or Special Orders may be purchased once agreed by the customer and Boards of Bloom. Items made to customers' own specifications or Special Orders have their own Terms and Conditions and refunds will not be given unless goods are faulty. By registering on our site, you are able to access details of your current and previous orders.

Personalising your purchases

Boards of Bloom and Crested Giftware aims to provide you with a fast, high-quality service, so any products you order are immediately sent for production. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement carefully to check that all the details are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalisation has been mis-spelt due to an error made by you. If you are uploading a photo, images must be in JPEG format. Any other format such as Word documents and PDFs cannot be accepted. For best results, we advise that you upload good quality photos or graphics, the quality of the print you receive will depend on the graphic you submit. If you try to upload a photo that has a low resolution or image size, we will accept it. However, be aware that the image might not print very well. If you are unsure of the quality of your graphic and how the final item will appear, please contact us before ordering for advice.

Promotional / Discount Codes

These codes are issued to enable customers to obtain benefits. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that: you are entitled to use the code you meet all the conditions that apply to its use; you agree to the terms set out below: If we find that the customer is not eligible to use the code or does not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject the order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied.
